An oat flour-based muffin studded with golden raisins, shredded carrots, coconut and sweetened with pure maple syrup & apple sauce. 

Muffin ingredients: Oat flour, grade A pure maple syrup, unsweetened apple sauce,  golden raisins, unsweetened shredded coconut, shredded carrots, orange zest, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder (Baking soda, corn starch, sodium aluminum sulfate, calcium sulfate, monocalcium sulfate, bicarbonate), sea salt.

Streusel topping ingredients: Coconut flour, coconut sugar, water, nutmeg, sea salt.
