Strawberry Chia Seed Jam

Nutrient-dense chia seeds naturally thicken this two-ingredient jam!

 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 lbs strawberries
  • 4 Tbsp chia seeds

 

Directions:

  1. In a large pot on medium-high heat, cook strawberries until they start to bubble, stirring every minute. Continue cooking until bubbly and soft, then mash to desired consistency. Cook for about 5-7 more minutes, stirring frequently as the mixture bubbles. 
  2. Then, remove from heat and mix in chia seeds. Let it sit until cooled to room temperature, then store the jam in jars or an air-tight container and enjoy!!
