Nutrient-dense chia seeds naturally thicken this two-ingredient jam!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs strawberries
- 4 Tbsp chia seeds
Directions:
- In a large pot on medium-high heat, cook strawberries until they start to bubble, stirring every minute. Continue cooking until bubbly and soft, then mash to desired consistency. Cook for about 5-7 more minutes, stirring frequently as the mixture bubbles.
- Then, remove from heat and mix in chia seeds. Let it sit until cooled to room temperature, then store the jam in jars or an air-tight container and enjoy!!
