A touch of oats adds soluble fiber and chewiness!
Ingredients:
- 1 jar natural creamy salted peanut butter
- 2/3 cup (200g) honey
- 1/2 cup (50 g) rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Desired amount of chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, baking powder, and chocolate chips until well combined.
- Place scoops of cookie dough onto the baking sheet about 1” apart. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool to room temp to allow the cookies to set, then enjoy!
