Walnuts and flax seeds are high in omega-3 fats, which promote brain health, lower blood pressure, and regulate blood lipid levels!
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup (78 g) maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups (150 g) almond flour
- 1/4 cup (39 g) oats
- 2 Tbsp flax seed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, maple syrup, almond flour, oats, flax seed, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, chopped walnuts, & raisins until evenly mixed together.
- Place 3-tbsp scoops of dough onto the baking sheet about 1 inch apart & bake for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown, then enjoy!!
