Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground turkey breast
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Cheese of choice
- Fluffy rolls
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients just until everything is evenly distributed in the mixture. You can do this with your hands or a fork/spoon.
- Place mounds of desired size of the turkey mixture onto the baking sheet 1/2-inch apart from each other & bake for about 25-27 minutes or until browned on the outside & completely white in the middle. Once cooked, top with some cheese, place on a roll, & enjoy!!
