Herb Turkey Burgers

Packed with protein & tasty herbs!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey breast 
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • Cheese of choice
  • Fluffy rolls

 

Directions:

 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients just until everything is evenly distributed in the mixture. You can do this with your hands or a fork/spoon. 
  3. Place mounds of desired size of the turkey mixture onto the baking sheet 1/2-inch apart from each other & bake for about 25-27 minutes or until browned on the outside & completely white in the middle. Once cooked, top with some cheese, place on a roll, & enjoy!!
