Ingredients:
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Topping:
- Desired amount peanut butter
- Desired amount jam of choice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F & line a 9” x 5” loaf pan with tin foil.
- Mix all ingredients together until evenly combined.
- Pour mixture into pan, swirl in desired amount of peanut butter and jam, then bake for 18-20 mins or until risen & browned on top, then enjoy!!
