It rocks & has some Texas influence.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ red onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest & juice from 1 lemon
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ½-1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
- Salt to taste (I use 1 tsp)
- Pepper to taste (I use ½ tsp)
Topping:
- 1/4 cup fire-roasted tomatoes
Directions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, mash avocado. Then, mix in all other ingredients until well combined, top with fire-roasted tomatoes, & enjoy!
