Green Goddess Hummus

A great way to get carbs, protein, & fat all in one go! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas 
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup water, plus more to reach desired consistency
  • 2 Tbsp fresh tarragon
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil 
  • 1/2 cup fresh chives
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp salt

(These herbs are tasty suggestions, but use whatever greens you already have on hand for this recipe!)

Directions

1. In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend until as smooth as possible. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency. Top with olive oil, more herbs, salt & enjoy!!
