Edible Cookie Dough

Gooey, brown sugar goodness in minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups (150 g) AP flour
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 1/3 cup (280 g) light brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream or milk, plus more to reach desired consistency
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Desired amount of mini chocolate chips

 

Directions:

  1. Microwave flour on high for 90-100 seconds, pausing to stir every 30 seconds. (Until flour reaches 165°F). This will get rid of any potential pathogens.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together for 3 mins, until light & fluffy. 
  3. Mix in vanilla & heavy cream. 
  4. Mix in salt, microwaved flour, & chocolate chips until fully incorporated, then enjoy!!!
