Gooey, brown sugar goodness in minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups (150 g) AP flour
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 1/3 cup (280 g) light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream or milk, plus more to reach desired consistency
- 1 tsp salt
- Desired amount of mini chocolate chips
Directions:
- Microwave flour on high for 90-100 seconds, pausing to stir every 30 seconds. (Until flour reaches 165°F). This will get rid of any potential pathogens.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together for 3 mins, until light & fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla & heavy cream.
- Mix in salt, microwaved flour, & chocolate chips until fully incorporated, then enjoy!!!
