Easy Chocolate PB&J Cups

No-bake & made with antioxidant-rich dark chocolate!

 

Ingredients:

  • Dark chocolate (I used 175g-200g to make 4 giant cups)
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Jam
  • Sea salt, sprinkles, toppings

 

Directions:

  1. Lightly grease the wells of a cupcake pan with butter or oil. Then, melt half of the chocolate. 
  2. Pour 2 Tbsp melted chocolate into each cupcake well, spread it around with the back of a spoon to coat the bottom & all the way up the sides.
  3. Freeze for 15 minutes until hardened.
  4. Spread desired amount of peanut butter into each cup. Then, spread desired amount of jam on top.
  5. Melt the second half of the chocolate. Then, lightly spread a layer across the top of each filled cup. Top with desired toppings. Then, freeze for 30 minutes until hardened, carefully release from pan with a fork or butter knife, & enjoy!
