Sweet & spicy!
Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper
- 2/3 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- Blue cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss together cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, & black pepper.
- Spread cauliflower out on the baking sheet, making sure no pieces touch or overlap. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix together buffalo sauce & honey.
- In a large bowl, mix together roasted cauliflower & buffalo sauce to evenly coat. Mix in blue cheese & enjoy!!
