Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Cauliflower adds antioxidants and flavor to this crunchy crust!

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (500 g) cauliflower rice
  • 1 1/2 cups AP flour or almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 packet pizza crust yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Put cauliflower rice in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 3 minutes to steam. 
  3. Then, spoon 1/3 of the steamed cauliflower rice into a paper towel and squeeze all of the water out. Place the remaining cauliflower rice into a large bowl and repeat this process with the remaining 2/3 of the cauliflower. 
  4. Next, into the same bowl, mix in flour, eggs, honey, yeast, garlic powder, and salt. 
  5. Divide the mixture in half and flatten each half into a 1/4-inch thick round on the baking sheet. 
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes before topping with your favorite ingredients, then for 5 more minutes once topped and enjoy!!
