Cauliflower adds antioxidants and flavor to this crunchy crust!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups (500 g) cauliflower rice
- 1 1/2 cups AP flour or almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 packet pizza crust yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put cauliflower rice in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 3 minutes to steam.
- Then, spoon 1/3 of the steamed cauliflower rice into a paper towel and squeeze all of the water out. Place the remaining cauliflower rice into a large bowl and repeat this process with the remaining 2/3 of the cauliflower.
- Next, into the same bowl, mix in flour, eggs, honey, yeast, garlic powder, and salt.
- Divide the mixture in half and flatten each half into a 1/4-inch thick round on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes before topping with your favorite ingredients, then for 5 more minutes once topped and enjoy!!
