Everything tastes better on a stick
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- ⅓-½ cup blue cheese crumbles
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together scallions, garlic, ground chicken, buffalo sauce, onion granules, salt, black pepper, & bread crumbs until evenly combined.
- Then, gently work in the blue cheese.
- Scoop into balls about 2 inches in diameter, place about 1 inch apart on baking sheet, & bake for 25-30 minutes (until browned on top & fully cooked in the middle). Then enjoy!!
