Ingredients:
- 1 can sliced beets
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 garlic cloves
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Toppings:
- Crumbled feta
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Red pepper flakes
- Sea salt
Directions:
- Pulse together all ingredients in a blender until thick and smooth, top with feta, sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, salt and enjoy!
