Beet Hummus

Beet Hummus

Beets are full of nutrients with antioxidant and anti-cancer properties!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can sliced beets
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 garlic cloves 
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

 

Toppings:

  • Crumbled feta
  • Sun-dried tomatoes 
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Sea salt

 

Directions:  

  1. Pulse together all ingredients in a blender until thick and smooth, top with feta, sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, salt and enjoy!
