Artichokes are bright, tasty, and full of flavonoids that promote liver, gallbladder, and organ health!
Ingredients:
- 1 box pasta
- 1 jar marinated artichokes (+ half of the liquid)
- Juice & zest from 1 lemon
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Dried oregano
- Black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- Honey
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a blender or food processor, blend artichokes + marinating liquid, lemon juice & zest, olive oil, garlic, tarragon, dill, & salt to taste until smooth.
- Mix the sauce into the pasta, top with desired amount of parmesan cheese, dried oregano, black pepper, red pepper flakes, & a drizzle of honey & olive oil, then enjoy!
