Artichoke and Herb Pasta

Artichokes are bright, tasty, and full of flavonoids that promote liver, gallbladder, and organ health!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 box pasta
  • 1 jar marinated artichokes (+ half of the liquid)
  • Juice & zest from 1 lemon
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Dried oregano
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Honey

 

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend artichokes + marinating liquid, lemon juice & zest, olive oil, garlic, tarragon, dill, & salt to taste until smooth. 
  3. Mix the sauce into the pasta, top with desired amount of parmesan cheese, dried oregano, black pepper, red pepper flakes, & a drizzle of honey & olive oil, then enjoy!
