Simple & packed with chocolate!
Ingredients:
- 10 Tbsp salted butter
- 4-oz chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Optional: fun mix-ins like M&M's, chocolate chips, or nuts!
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F & grease a square brownie pan (I use 8” x 8”).
- In a saucepan on medium heat, melt then butter. Then, add in the chocolate & immediately take the pan off the heat when the chocolate is almost fully melted.
- In a large bowl, whisk together dark brown sugar & melted chocolate-butter mixture.
- Next, mix in eggs one at a time just until incorporated.
- Then, gently whisk in cocoa powder.
- Pour the batter into the brownie pan & bake for 31-33 minutes, then enjoy!
