Ingredients:
- 1 cup (256 g) creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/4-1/3 cup (26-35 g) flour of choice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Evenly combine all ingredients in a large bowl. At first, the mixture will be runny, but let it sit for 5 minutes for the flour to absorb some of the moisture.
- Form dough into mounds on baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes, then let the cookies cool until firm & enjoy!!
